Our purpose
As an Operations Lead at our Nuwa Pen, you will be responsible for overseeing our project's operational planning, risk management, compliance, and security aspects. This role includes performing risk assessments and optimizing operational efficiency throughout development. You will work closely with the engineering, finance, and executive teams to effectively manage schedules, mitigate risks, and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Proven industry experience in supply chain management, procurement and/or compliance
Experience in risk and project management
Experience in inventory management and forecasting
Adaptable in fast-paced environments
Articulate complex manufacturing concepts to stakeholders
Understands consumer hardware production concepts (BOM, PLM, DFM, QC/QA) (Preferred)
Strong organizational and prioritizing abilities (Preferred)
Minimum BEE, BScEE and/or similar with 2-5 years industry experience
